Refund policy

Because our products are custom-made to your photos, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit (if applicable)

In certain situations described below, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Damages, defects, or wrong item received

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request help, email us at support@lmsandmore.com and include:

  • your order number

  • a clear photo of the product and packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit (our choice), depending on the situation.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • custom or personalized products (including photo magnets and any items made from customer-uploaded images)

  • sale items

  • gift cards

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Since custom orders often move quickly into production, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lmsandmore.com.
Once production has started, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping limits

We currently ship within the U.S. only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.
