Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, excluding Alaska & Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing time (custom products)
All items are custom-made. Processing begins after we receive your photos (if applicable).
Typical processing time is 3–5 business days before your order ships (may be longer during peak seasons or high order volume).

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may depend on package weight, destination, and best available rate.

Delivery time starts after your order ships. Typical transit times within the U.S. are:

Order tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Incorrect addresses / undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after confirming the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package is delayed or marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us at support@lmsandmore.com within 7 days of the tracking update so we can help you file a carrier claim or investigate.
